These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services offered by San Gabriel Valley Mobile Auto Glass ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide mobile auto glass services that may include:

  • Windshield replacement
  • Auto glass replacement (door glass, rear glass, quarter glass)
  • Chip/crack repair (when repair is appropriate)

All services are subject to availability, vehicle compatibility, weather conditions, and safe working access to the vehicle.


Quotes and Pricing

Quotes may be provided by phone, text, email, or through the website quote form.

Pricing can change if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or if the vehicle has conditions not disclosed (for example: aftermarket modifications, prior glass work, heavy corrosion around the pinch weld, damaged trim/clips, advanced driver assistance systems, specialty glass, tinting, or unusual fitment).

Final pricing is confirmed before work begins whenever possible.


Scheduling, Arrival Windows, and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled within agreed time windows. Because this is a mobile service, arrival times may shift due to traffic, prior job complexity, weather, and parts availability.

We may reschedule if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for installation (for example: heavy rain, unsafe roadside conditions, or insufficient workspace).


Customer Responsibilities (Access and Safety)

To perform service, you agree to provide:

  • Safe access to the vehicle and a reasonable workspace
  • Keys or vehicle access when needed
  • Accurate vehicle information (year/make/model/trim and VIN when requested)
  • Disclosure of any prior damage or modifications affecting glass installation

If the vehicle cannot be accessed or conditions are unsafe, the appointment may be rescheduled.


Drive-Away Time and Post-Service Care

After installation, adhesives need time to cure. We will provide a recommended safe drive-away time based on the materials used and conditions at the time of service.

You agree to follow post-service instructions, which may include:

  • Avoiding car washes for a period of time
  • Keeping windows slightly cracked for a short period (when advised)
  • Avoiding slamming doors immediately after installation

Failure to follow post-service instructions may impact performance and warranty coverage.


ADAS and Camera Systems

Some vehicles require calibration of cameras/sensors after windshield replacement. If calibration is required:

  • We will inform you when known or reasonably detectable.
  • Calibration may be performed by a qualified third party or a facility depending on vehicle requirements and available equipment.
  • You are responsible for any required calibration unless explicitly included in the quote/invoice.

Glass Condition, Molding, Trim, and Pre-Existing Damage

Auto glass work can involve trim clips, moldings, and hardware that may be brittle due to age, sun exposure, or prior repairs. You acknowledge:

  • Pre-existing damage (rust, worn trim, prior leaks, body damage) can affect results.
  • Some parts may need replacement to complete a proper installation.
  • If additional parts are required, we will discuss options and costs when possible.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept approved payment methods such as cash, card, or electronic payments.

If a payment is declined or reversed, you remain responsible for the balance owed.


Limited Warranty (Workmanship)

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty coverage, if offered, typically applies to installation-related issues such as leaks or wind noise when reported within a reasonable time.

Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Accidents, vandalism, theft, or impact damage (new chips/cracks)
  • Vehicle body/frame issues, rust, or prior damage
  • Aftermarket modifications or prior glass work by others
  • Failure to follow post-service instructions
  • Normal wear, wiper damage, or unrelated mechanical/electrical problems

You agree not to:
